1. Conditions of the Atlantide Sauna’s Loyalty Program
These terms are applicable from September 1st 2014
In these terms, unless otherwise resulting from the context, the following terms shall be defined as follows:
"Sauna Atlantide" Atlantide Sauna Hammam Company, Eurl, under French law with its registered office at 13 rue Parrot 75012 Paris, France, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies under number B 423 920 370.
"Terms" means these terms and conditions governing the Programme.
"Enrolment Date" means the date on which the eligible applicant has acceded or made online or by email, his application for entry to the site Atlantide-sauna.com
"Member" means a person being registered on the site and approved by Atlantide Sauna Hammam.
"Loyalty Points" : The points scale used for the allocation of awards and entitled to benefits.
"Promotional Offers" temporary special offers that give a Member the opportunity to get extra points, use a reduced number of points, or use additional benefits.
"Company": Atlantide Sauna Hammam that owns the program and run the program.
1.2.1 The General Conditions govern the contractual relationship between the Company and each Member. The Company reserves the right to cancel or replace the Program or transfer ownership and reserves the right to change or amend the program at any time, the General Conditions, the Communication, the storage structure points, the use of loyalty points structure, participation of any Partner in the Programme, or procedures related to such program as described in the program documents. A Member may not under any circumstances request for damages against the Company as a result of changes imposed by the specific legislation in each country. Changes and amendments to these terms and conditions will be notified through the Atlantide Sauna Hammam Communications. These Conditions and all modifications hereof shall be considered approved if the Member uses the website Atlantide-sauna.com if he uses in any way an Award or benefit offered under the Programme, or if no written protest is registered within 30 days of notification. If a Member does not accept the Programme alterations, the Member may terminate the membership as per paragraph 1.2.2.
1.2.2 Each party may terminate the contract at any time in accordance with the procedures described in Atlantide Sauna Communications. The Terms and Conditions will remain in effect even after the termination of the contractual relationship. The Company shall terminate the membership upon receipt of termination request, a Member has six months from the date of termination to use accrued points. If the Company terminates the contract, all points will expire within six months of notification of the cancellation. If the Member makes material misrepresentations, violates the rules on the award of such points as stipulated in the Communication Atlantide Sauna, or breaking the rules all points will expire as soon as the Company issues the notice of termination.
1.2.3 If it is terminated in Atlantide Sauna Loyalty Program, the Company will strive to give Members prior notice.
1.2.4 The Company will endeavor to ensure that the points, benefits and opportunities to earn points-fidelity presented to Members as available – they are effectively. However, Atlantide Sauna may unilaterally limit the number of points available and the Company can neither guarantee or warrant that such facilities are available. A Member may therefore find that there is no opportunity to use his points if the company Atlantide Sauna can accommodate the lack of availability or exceptional closure.
1.2.5 If a Member has not accumulated loyalty points for a period of 2 years, the Company reserves the right to unilaterally terminate membership.
1.2.6 Account statements are provided to the Member on the basis of its activities under the Programme to the My Account.
1.3.1 The Program is open only to adults, under French law. The birth date indicated by the participant upon registration engage its responsibility. Participation of legal persons or other legal entities are excluded.

1.5 Personal Data
1.5.1 Personal data relating to the participation of Members in the Programme will be processed and used in order to enable the implementation of the Programme in accordance with regulations applicable to Data Protection, namely the French laws on protection Data "Act of 6 January 1978, as amended by the Act of 6 August 2004".
2. Gain Loyalty Points
2.1 Loyalty Points earned by the Member shall be credited to the Member's account, either automatically or through an agent of Atlantide Sauna.
2.2 Each Member should verify that the Loyalty Points have been credited to their account. On error it should report accordingly as soon as possible and provide proof of entitlement to Fidelity.
2.3 The Company reserves the right to debit the account of any Member who has acquired points unduly fidelity.
3. Using Loyalty Points
3.1 When a Member has earned a sufficient number of Fidelity points, the Member may request a gratuity or service subject to the schedule established by Atlantide Sauna available on the site.
